and the goals for this coming month are ....

ever got tired 
or ever got that feeling that you are not doing
what you always wanted to do?

or that you are not reaching your goals
and not achieving what you wanted to achieve

well of course 
speaking personally 
i regretably am feeling this down
because of all this feeling of not achieving 

its because you tend to be wound up 
with our daily routine 
and feeling overwhelmed each day by
all the tasks
and then when the working day is done
you feel like you haven't achieved anything !

but fear not 
that can be fixed 

perhaps the goals that we set for ourselves are just way to big
or we just don't know how to start it off

all that we need is a bit of breaking down the goal 
achieve smaller minimal portions of it at a certain given time

OR better yet 

develop this (and the goals for this coming month are ...)
type of system 
where you have a list of goals that you would want to achieve 
and then you can asses yourself when the month is ended 
on how well you have done and how are the results coming from the goals coming along

simple ! isn't it?

it should give you a better way in starting off what your goals that you would like to do
and what you would like to achieve

now do recall that some goals 
cannot be achieved in one month
of course its a personal challenge to do it on your own 
if you would want to complete them in one month
but realistically this only is to draw your attention

to having your goals realistically attainable
as in you don't set a high expectation
on your goal and then not be able to achieve a portion of it

and then going into this sad mode
of not being able to achieve it

so of course logically you have to put that into consideration !

other than that go ahead and start setting up you goals 

i will set mine up and share them with you
and of course i will share with you the results of these goals 
and where are they headed and the results from them
