recently friend of mine went through a job interview
of course we all have been through such things
asking typical questions
and asking quite the challenging ones
which extract and show the interviewer
the depth of the interviewee's personality
it can range from simple questions like
(What best describes you?)
or it can be quite deep like
(What would you do if you were put in this certain situation and faced with certain issues?)
it may not seem like a deep question
but in general asking questions
at a varying levels can show the depth of personality
but one questions stands outside the crowd
its somewhat simple
but in our story, our hero found it a bit challenging
or more accurately made him think
and the question was
(Where do you see yourself in five years from now?)
some may have the answer to this question some may not have the answer
some of us have that plan of what to do after those five years
and some don't
and its not something bad not to have the plan for after five years
its because one cannot simply predict
what he could be doing within five years from now
based on where he is at in the present
some do have an idea based on his visioning,
but one forgets the present and how it has its effect too !
Dear Readers , DON'T PANIC !
just don't over think it
i know i have mentioned this as a topic to think about
however don't lose the grip of it all
the proverb states clearly
to neither dwell in the past nor the future
in a way that we lose the present
rather live the present in order to build and progress
towards the future.
