Its natural to disagree
sometimes in order to agree you have to disagree
sometimes we tend to hold opinions in passion
and within the heated discussion of different opinion
conflict occurs
it is all natural for people to disagree
and in the same time hold that certain opinion with passion
and eventually lead to conflict of those opposing opinions
that is all natural due to the fact of having different personalities
and perceptions towards life in general and towards
thus translating all those in different vibes
and send out those vibes outwardly
we do come up to the main point
confrontation ,,,
many dread the fact that confrontation
(although it is the healthy way in dishing feelings, emotions, thoughts out)
that is because not everyone can handle a confrontation
which could lead to a negative outcome
if it is not talked out in a diplomatic way
although the right way is to take the confrontation way
but one must not take it especially
if the person who they are confronting are of unpredictable nature
(i know from a personal experience i won't (and i can't) dream on confronting that certain person who is known to have a very irritable disposition and who is also prone to just take it personally and also turn whatever topic and pin point a finger towards me)
* If you have the Diplomatic ability
* If you have the strength and courage
* If you can see beyond the minor irrelevant talk back from a person who confronts you
then you are safe to go ahead and confront
but if you fear for your life (the way i do)
then RUN FOR YOUR LIFE !
and take these preventive measures
(especially if you are facing a person of an irritable disposition)
* Avoid hitting sensitive points such as the famous "card shuffling" move
it only worsens the situations
* Try to take more creative options
although they only last temporarily
* learn more diplomatic ways in confrontation
* avoid stacking up feelings as they accumulate
and then the main point which is suppose to be conveyed gets lost
within all the other things that accumulated
wishing you all a good confrontation =)
and a safe battle (LOL)
